These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of lostmary-vape.com ("the Store," "the Site") and the purchase of products from Lost Mary Vape. By accessing or placing an order on lostmary-vape.com, customers agree to be bound by these Terms. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable, the Site should not be used.

• Placing an order on lostmary-vape.com constitutes an offer to purchase. Lost Mary Vape reserves the right to accept or decline any order
• Payment is collected at the time of checkout. Accepted methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Orders with incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from the Moreno Valley, CA warehouse. Processing and delivery details are covered in the Shipping Policy. Key points:

• Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days
• lostmary-vape.com ships within the United States only
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Lost Mary Vape is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, high volume, or other circumstances beyond its control
• Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Lost Mary Vape offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee and a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Full details, eligibility conditions, and the return process are outlined in the Return Policy.

6. Account Responsibility

• Customers who create an account on lostmary-vape.com are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activities under an account are the responsibility of the account holder
• Lost Mary Vape should be notified immediately at service@lostmary-vape.com if unauthorized access is suspected
