Lost Mary Turbo (MT Series) Instructions
As one of the most popular Lost Mary Series, Lost Mary Turbo Series is built for the ultimate ease of use. With everything clear and simple, you can know how to use both MT15000 and MT35000 with these easy steps:
Unboxing
- Unbox the device and remove all the seals, including the plug in the mouthpiece and the seal covering the charging port at the bottom of the device.
- Inspect the device to make sure there’s no visible defects.
Turning On
- No need to press any buttons, just take a draw from the mouthpiece to activate your device.
- The screen will light up if the device is powered on.
Screen Display
- For MT15000, there will be a mini screen next to the logo of Lost Mary, showing 3 indicators:
- Battery level: Lightning icon & Percentage
- E-liquid level: Droplet icon & Ring (4 level)
- Mode: Turbo(22W)/Smooth(11W).
- For MT35000, the blend-in screen display will be larger:
- Battery indicator: Lightning icon & Percentage
- E-liquid level: Droplet icon & Percentage
- Mode: Turbo/Smooth.
Switching Between Modes
- To switch between available modes, press the mode button 1 time at the bottom of the device.
- The screen will indicate the active mode, and you can adjust your settings accordingly.
Charging
- To charge your Lost Mary Turbo, take a Type-C USB cable(not included in the pack) and plug the charging cable into the device's charging port at the bottom.
Lost Mary MO20000 Pro Instructions
The MO Series is another best-selling series of Lost Mary, and MO20000 Pro is the most outstanding representative. Check these steps to learn about how to master it:
Unboxing
- Unbox the device and remove all the seals, including the plug in the mouthpiece and the seal covering the charging port at the bottom of the device.
- Inspect the device to make sure there’s no visible defects.
Turning On
- No need to press any buttons, just take a draw from the mouthpiece to activate your device.
- The screen will light up if the device is powered on.
Screen Display
- For MO20000, there will be a side screen showing 3 indicators with numbers: battery level at the top, e-liquid level at the bottom and wattage in the middle.
- When you are taking puff through the mouthpiece, there will be animation of vapor showing on the screen.
Adjusting Wattage
- To adjust the wattage of the device, press the button under the screen. Each press will change the wattage number on the screen.
- You can choose from the lowest 13W to the highest 25W.
Adjusting Airflow
- To adjust the airflow, find the white switch at the bottom of the device.
- There are 3 different airflow holes for 3 levels of airflow. Slide the switch to the “+”side for larger holes and looser hits, or to the “-” side for smaller holes and tighter hits.
Charging
- To charge your Lost Mary Pro, take a Type-C USB cable(not included in the pack) and plug the charging cable into the device's charging port at the bottom.
Lost Mary OS Series Instructions
As an older series, OS Series of Lost Mary may be a little trickier than other devices. Knowing about the differences between OS25000 Quasar and the older OS5000 may be helpful to you. Here’s what to do:
Unboxing
- Unbox the device and remove all the seals, including the plug in the mouthpiece and the seal covering the charging port at the bottom of the device.
- Inspect the device to make sure there’s no visible defects.
Turning On
- No need to press any buttons, just take a draw from the mouthpiece to activate your device.
- The screen will light up if the device is powered on.
Screen Display
- For OS25000 Quasar, there will be a side screen showing 3 indicators: battery percentage, e-liquid percentage and wattage level at the bottom.
- Battery: lightning icon & percentage.
- E-liquid: Droplet icon & percentage.
- Wattage level: Stars & Number. 1 star(green) is for lowest 13W, 3 stars(1 green & 2 yellow) are for medium power, and 5 stars(1 green, 2 yellow & 2 red) are for highest 25W.
- For OS5000 and 4000, there’s no screen display.
Adjusting Wattage
- For OS25000 Quasar, to adjust the wattage of the device, press the button under the screen. Each press will change the wattage level(stars) on the screen.
- 1 star(green): Lowest power(13W)
- 3 stars(1 green & 2 yellow): Medium power
- 5 stars(1 green, 2 yellow & 2 red): Highest power(25W).
Charging
- To charge your Lost Mary OS25000 Quasar, take a Type-C USB cable(not included in the pack) and plug the charging cable into the device's charging port at the bottom.
- For OS5000, the charging port is next to the mouthpiece and covered by a rubber plug. To charge the device, open the plug and plug a Type-C charging cable. There’s a light indicating battery level.
- Red Light: Low battery.
- Blue Light: 30+% battery.
- Green Light: 70+% battery.

How to charge Lost Mary Vapes?
All Lost Mary devices feature a Type-C USB fast-charging port. For most new devices, the port will be at the bottom of the device, while older devices like OS5000 may have the port next to the mouthpiece. Though charging cables are not included with the pack, you can use any USB-C cables to recharge them.
How do I know my Lost Mary Mary Dream OS5000 when is it charged?
You can simply keep an eye on the battery indicating light next to the charging port. When it’s connected successfully, the light will turn red.
